Lima Retina Meeting – An Unforgettable Encounter

From Thursday, May 23 to Saturday, May 25, the city of Lima became the epicenter of an important medical event that brought together the most prominent retina specialists from across Latin America and the Caribbean. Organized by DORC International in collaboration with Labofta, this event stood out not only for the quality of the participants but also for the cutting-edge technology and advanced methodologies used during the sessions.

Among the participants, the presence of 11 Peruvian doctors was notable, with 9 from Lima and 2 from the provinces, who joined this select group of professionals. One of the highlights of the event was the use of the WetLab, a space designed for the practice and refinement of surgical techniques. Equipped with the most advanced technology, participants had the opportunity to work with the DORC EVA Upgrade system and Leica microscopes, providing a practical and realistic experience that perfectly complemented the theoretical sessions.
