(*)IMPORTANT: If the consumer does not provide at least their name, ID, address or email, date of the claim or complaint, and their details, these will be considered as not submitted (Article 5 D.S. 006-2014-PCM). The provider must respond to the claim or complaint within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, which is non-extendable. The formulation of the claim does not prevent resorting to other means of dispute resolution nor is it a prerequisite for filing a complaint with INDECOPI.
